Integrating Health and Social Care Conference
The Integrating Health and Social Care Conference will take place in Cardiff on July 7, chaired by CFW vice-chair Malcolm Perrett.
The conference will bring together representatives from across the Health and Social Care Sector, including from Social Services, Local Health Boards nad Private and Voluntary Sector Organisations including:
