Conference: United in Improving Health
Public Health Wales, the Welsh Local Government Association and partners are holding a ‘United in improving health in Wales’ conference on Thursday 5 March at the Mercure Holland Hotel in Cardiff.
The day will aim to:
- Strengthen links between public services, the third sector and others to improve health and successfully tackle health inequalities in Wales.
- Generate and agree organisational commitments to improving health outcomes for the Welsh population.
- Identify and learn from good practice which achieves transformation in population health at scale and pace.
- Discuss how health issues and outcomes are reflected and measured within the local well-being plans.
