Sharing good practice - Older People's Commissioner
The Older People's Commissioner, Sarah Rochira, is holding a series of free events in early spring to showcase good practice from care homes across Wales in the light of her care home review, A Place To Call Home.
- There are 40 places per event – each event has a specific theme
