Dilnot's hopes for cross-party support on elderly care reform

The architect of last year's report on proposed reforms to long-term elderly care, Andrew Dilnot, has said there is "a real chance" of winning cross-party support from Labour and the Coalition on improving the system, according to a Daily Telegraph report here:
