For your information, you are advised that the Welsh Assembly Government has given notice that any claims arising from eligibility for Continuing NHS Health Care for the period 1st April 1996 to 31st March 2003 will not be considered after 4th December 2009. Claims relating to later periods are unaffected and should be directed to the Local Health Board.
The Welsh Assembly Government has set a deadline for restrospective claims for the period 1st April 1996 to 31st March 2003. Individuals or their families who believe that they were eligible for Continuing Health Care for any period between the above dates should submit a claim before 4th December 2009.
