Health Minister, Edwina Hart has announced a new group of health professionals and experts to oversee the development of a national dementia plan for Wales. Care Forum Wales are delighted to be a part of this group. When the strategy is launched we will be providing members with a series of Dementia Essential Update Seminars throughout Wales.
