Important changes affecting employers’ liability and public liability were introduced by the Ministry of Justice and came into force on 31 July 2013.

CFW’s legal adviser Alison Castry, said: “The changes are important, and came into force on 31 July 2013. They apply to most employers’ liability and public liability claims. The changes are relevant to Wales so it is important to highlight them to Care Forum Wales members.”

She added: “The guide is very clear and helpful and it’s worth members checking it for their information.”
