Care home managers have been urged to register their care homes for Care Home Open Day 2017 – the UK-wide initiative which invites residential care homes to open their doors to the public for one day.

Thousands of care homes across the UK take part in Care Home Open Day each year – which this year is June 16 –  welcoming the public and arranging events and activities which help to create lasting links between care home residents and their local communities.
