Recovery Care is a Care Agency providing supported living for people with mental ill health and or Learning Disabilities .We specialise in tailored support packages of care to those people moving on towards greater independence within the community.
Our packages of care offer numerous adavntages both to the individual and to those entrusted with their care.
Our aim is to provide 24 hr support to help people become more independent, better preparing them to make a succesful transition to greater independence and thus decreasing the liklihood of relapse in this vital stage of recovery.
Our model of care represents substantial cost savings to placing authorities and privately funded placements ensuring that when appropriate, a less supported placement is provided as a person grows in readiness for greater independence.
Quarterly assessments and detailed reporting through our “circle of change” model of care ensures that agreed goals and acheivement of individual outcomes are kept continuously in focus so that both parties have a clear vision of where they hope to be with regards to recovery.
