Tender Loving Care (TLC) is an extremely well-established and highly regarded domiciliary agency which provides flexible and individually-tailored packages of care and enabling support for people over the age of 18years in their own homes. TLC provides delivers services in Mid Wales and especially in the rural counties of Ceredigion and Powys.

2. TLC’s Vision

TLC’s vision is to enable those we support to be content, happy and as healthy as possible and to enjoy full rights and responsibilities as citizens in ways which are meaningful and important to them. By listening to people we therefore create a range of unique services which enable individuals to express their views and wishes and to determine the style of support they require.

3. TLC’s Mission
TLC exists in order to enable people who experience health and social care and sometimes life-changing conditions to live happy and fulfilled lives in their own home and communities.
4. TLC’s Aims and Objectives

TLC aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves, in their own homes at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable. We firmly believe that that the human rights of the people we support are paramount.
