Calon Fawr Care & Support Services is a family run care company we have over 25 years’ experience in care and social settings with a specialist dementia team in the NHS with degrees in social care.
We provide care and support to adults within their own homes.
We cater for the elderly, those who are frail and need some support to remain at home, respite service, domestic tasks, companionship, shopping and cooking.
We also look after those living with dementia and other cognitive issues, physical disabilities and palliative care.
We aim to meet the needs of each Individual by providing a person-centred approach ensuring their quality of life is enhanced.
