A desktop computer app which records the learning achievements of social care workers in their first 12 weeks of a new job has been launched by the Care Council for Wales.

The app is an online version of the induction framework for care workers which allows workers to record their learning achievements and it also sets out standards expected of social care workers.

The app is aimed at managers and experienced social care staff in new roles as well as workers who are new to the social care profession.
