CCW is carrying out a survey to get providers’ views to help them develop standardised forms and processes for use in disciplinary and grievance procedures which could be used by private sector employers.

The survey is aimed at social care providers, at owner/manager level and those within the organisation who have a responsibility for fitness to practice investigations or have responsibility for HR practice.

• It would like as many providers as possible to reply to the survey, which is being carried out by consultants, by March 4.

Attend a focus group and training sessions in April

Following the survey, providers are also invited to a focus group. This will be followed by training sessions in April.

Focus Group – Thursday 10th March 2016 – St Marys Golf Club Bridgend – 1 session with 30 places available – bookings close on 8th of March 2016

Pilot Training 1 – Friday 15th April 2016 – Beaufort Park Hotel, Mold – 2 sessions with 20 places each session available – bookings close on the 12th April 2016

Pilot Training 2 – Thursday 21st April 2016 – St Marys Golf Club Bridgend – 2 sessions with 20 places each session available – bookings close on the 19th April 2016
