CSSIW is planning special sessions for individuals and registered care home managers to help them understand what the new Regulation and Inspection Act means for providers.
In addition to the special sessions across Wales in May, it has also set up a dedicated email address for people who have queries about the forthcoming changes and has an FAQ section on its website you can check.
