The Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) has made changes to the way in which challenges to inspection reports can be made.
During the CSSIW inspection process, ‘registered persons’ have the opportunity to comment if they wish on the factual accuracy of inspection reports before they are made available to the public.
Previously, challenges were considered by an area manager but the changes mean that challenges will now be made through a senior inspector. For more news, go to the CSSIW website.
