Social Care Wales has urged CFW members to give their input into a new review of the Social Care Induction Framework (SCIF).

The SCIF has been reviewed and revised every four years since 2001 – the last review took place in 2012. Social Care Wales says the content of the SCIF is outdated and no longer consistent with the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act.
