What does it cost to join Care Forum Wales
Care Forum Wales membership costs £480 per year. This can be paid either in 12 monthly direct debit installments of £40 each, or in a single advance payment of £480. You can choose which payment method you prefer when you complete the membership application form below. If you choose direct debit we will email you a direct debit form to arrange payment as soon as we receive your application details. Once your payment has been procesed you will be able to access the member area.
How do I become a member?
