Our Purpose
Our Care Service seeks to achieve the vision:To make Springfield the best provider of care for younger adults with learning disabilities in the Caerphilly area.

Our Residents
The Home provides high standard accommodation and care for 5 Younger Adults of either sex aged 18 – 65. We do not offer nursing care.

Our Accommodation
Springfield is an exceptionally large detached house set in substantial grounds in an attractive secluded setting.

Our objectives are to provide a quality care service for younger adults based upon:
A first class residential setting offering a comfortable and pleasant environment;
The highest standards of care and support provided by staff with full training and development opportunities; and
A commitment to the continual improvement of all aspects of the service.
