Cartref Ni Ltd is a charity that provides support to people with learning disabilities that live in their own home. We operate in the counties of Denbighshire, Flintshire and Conwy and we believe in the person centred approach in everything we do. We support the code of practice for social care workers and we invest heavily in staff training and development – as a result we have a highly skilled and highly committed workforce. Our managers play a very active part in ensuring that high standards are reached in all of our projects enabling the people we support to lead fulfilled and dignified lives.
