Clynsaer House provides accommodation for up to ten adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and mental health needs. The house is situated in Cynghordy, a small rural village in Carmarthenshire, nestling in the Towy valley on the edge of the Crychan Forest and the Brecon Beacons National Park. The large, detached property sits in over 3 acres of land and provides comfortable and spacious accommodation with many period features. The house has 10 single bedrooms. Clynsaer offers an onsite Day Service Centre which provides a large training kitchen, an IT room, a well equipped arts and crafts room, a large polytunnel, raised beds for gardening projects.
