Abacare (Care Agency) Ltd was formed in November 2008 as a result of a team of dedicated senior managers getting together and combining the specific skills obtained from various commercial and service sectors, one of which had been a non -executive director of a well established and successful domiciliary care business in the Midlands
Abacare has a single main objective which is :-
To offer unprecedented care to those in need for a fair price and to add quality to the lives of those needing our services.
We have our main office located centrally in Colwyn Bay, with the state of the art, fully integrated software programme, CareSolve, to ensure the highest quality of data is maintained securely, and in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
We offer our social care workers full and ongoing training, including those who specialise in certain fields, to ensure our Service Users will be cared for by highly trained, competent and caring staff.
Our rigorous recruitment process will ensure that all Abacare staff will be of an extremely high standard, a full and enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check will be made for all staff, in order to fulfill the very specific standards set out in our policies and procedures.
Incentives, excellent training and continuous assessment of the social care workers is required, and will be provided, to ensure continuity and quality is maintained in the delivery of the service they provide.
We have an extremely thorough and efficient audit process, with procedures in place to ensure our care users receive the right care in a consistent way, ensuring the Service Users interests are at the forefront of the care plan we deliver.
Our business has been developed to be expandable at a rate that encompasses the way we operate, so that the care can be delivered to every single Service User to the same five star standards. This will ensure that we never dilute the service we provide, and therefore enable us to grow the business through our excellent reputation in the sector.
