We aim to provide our service users with a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort is of prime importance.

Our staff will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in so doing, will be sensitive to the Service User’s ever-changing needs.

The aim of good quality care must always be to promote a way of life for Service Users that permits them to enjoy, to the greatest possible extent, their rights as individual human beings. Fundamental to our work are the rights of privacy, dignity, independence, security, civil rights, choice and fulfillment.

Service users at our home each have an individual person-centered care plan. This tailored package of care is agreed with the individual and embraces the ethos of personal care.

We have 28 bedrooms, including one suitable for a couple, the majority of which are en-suite. We have two large lounges equipped with the latest flat screen TVs, a large conservatory and two sun lounges.

We are as interested in our service users happiness as we are in their health, as we know that emotional well-being requires some degree of social and recreational activity.

We arrange various group and individual activities inside and outside the home, including musical entertainment, games parties and craft sessions, as well as local trips.

All staff within the home will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care.

We are dedicated to providing a cheerful home and quality service for our service users.
