Aim Care Ltd

Aim Care supports adults, from the age of eighteen years upwards, with various types of difficulties:
• Learning Disability
• Autism Spectrum Disorder, including Asperger’s Syndrome
• Mental Health needs
• Dual Diagnosis
• Acquired Brain Injury and specialises in support for challenging behaviour. Aim Care also offers a range of services including physical disabilities and caring for older people in their own home.
Families and service-users are actively involved in the development of our services: individuals are encouraged to help with the recruitment of new members of staff, have choice as to who becomes their Key Workers, regularly attend reviews and can comment on the quality of the service, which is open for regular inspection. Our care team is directly recruited and receives quality training. All members of staff are mentored on a one-to-one basis.
We are a specialist domiciliary care service that is registered with the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) and have recently been recognised as an Investor in People. We also belong to the Association for Supported Living (ASL), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the continuous improvement of supported living services for people with learning disabilities.
