Parkview House is a warm and homely environment for young adults with a mental health diagnosis and or learning disabilities, who may also present with challenging behaviours.

Parkview is situated just outside the village of Clydach, opposite Coed Gwilym Park which boasts extensive walks through woodlands and canal routes which link to neighbouring villages. The park also has tennis courts, bowling green and cycle tracks. Parkview is a large two storey, spacious house which offers two ground floor bedrooms and four first floor bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. We also have a bungalow within the grounds that is registered for one service user with complex needs and who would benefit from a quiet setting. Parkview bungalow is a modern two-bedroom property with a separate lounge, kitchen, conservatory, a shower room, a bathroom and a private, enclosed decking space. Animal are welcome within the bungalow.
A bus stop is situated opposite the property from which public transport can be accessed for travel to surrounding towns. Major bus or rail networks can be accessed from these towns. The nearby towns of Clydach and Swansea have a larger range of facilities including Leisure Centres, Libraries, Health Centres, Optical and Dental practices. Parkview is only a few miles from the coast, and is within easy reach of many beaches, Castles, peaceful walks and lively, stimulating towns also.
