Care in Hand is a Pembrokeshire based provider of high quality care and support. Offering bespoke and tailored services, Care in Hand aims to meet the ever-growing need for cost-effective and flexible care solutions for all. Established in 2002 and owned and managed by registered general nurses, the company has grown over the years into a recognised provider of community care.
According to Pembrokeshire County Council care provision framework, Care in Hand is one of eight care providers of social care support for older people. Care in Hand works closely with Hywel Dda Health Board providing nursing and social care support when required. As well as offering Hourly Domiciliary Care we also offer a Live in Care service throughout Pembrokeshire. Complex Care is an area of increasing focus and work for the company also.
Our Team is made up of trained social care professionals with a range of clients from older to young – all with varying needs. We take a holistic approach to our work, looking at every customer’s individual needs through a people-focused perspective. We invest heavily in professional development for Our Team members with regular review and training to ensure skills and knowledge levels are kept up to date.
