Centre Peace Homes (CPH) was set up to respond to the need for specialist semi-
independent support for Care Leavers 16+ male or female. Needing specialist person centre
guidance and signposting to help them progress from foster care or residential settings to be
resilient; independent; skills young people able to sustain a tenancy and lead healthy happy
lives.
Our aim is for our service users to feel:-
