Deeside Home Care Ltd offers support with:

  • Special diets, swallowing difficulties, and specific nutritional needs
  • Referrals to appropriate health professionals

  • Preparation of light meals, snacks, and drinks
  • Domestic cleaning and laundry

These services can be arranged on a regular basis or as a one-off. The service operates daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm, 365 days a year.

Staff members work collaboratively to maintain a high level of competence and skill, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each service user in a friendly and professional environment.

Support includes assistance with personal care, promotion of health and well-being, psychological and emotional care, and help with social and spiritual needs. Nursing care is not provided.

Care staff receive training and relevant information to help them understand and support service users with specific needs.
