Established in 1996, Highbury Support Services is a family-run company with over 25 years’ experience specialising in enabling individuals with identified support needs to live as independently as possible.
The organisation supports adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities within their own homes, communities, or at its day service centre, teaching and enhancing abilities such as cooking and life skills.
Highbury Support Services provides enthusiastic, caring, and confident support staff who assist individuals in achieving independence, fulfilling their potential, and being included within their communities, while building trust and friendships.
In recent years, the company has expanded and now provides over 2,500 hours of support each week, employing more than 80 highly qualified support workers. It recognises the uniqueness of each individual and offers services tailored to personal outcomes, delivering a rights-based approach. The highly trained and motivated staff team promotes opportunities for all individuals to lead valued and fulfilling lives.
