Hollybank Care Home

At Hollybank we offer a range of care services for older people both male and female. In addition to permanent residential care we offer convalescent, respite, day care, holiday care and an assisted bathing service. These additional services may be particularly helpful to those who care for a relative at home and need some relief or a holiday themselves. These services may be arranged on a regular or occasional basis and transport is available.

The accommodation at Hollybank consists of three separate buildings, each with its own unique character and homely feel.

The spacious gardens are well laid out and there is a choice of three conservatories where residents can enjoy their time. Regular entertainment and activities are provided and there are often trips to shows and concerts or to a pub for lunch.

The staff at Hollybank are all highly trained and experienced in the care field and we are proud that over 85% have achieved NVQ Level II,III or IV. Many are now working towards higher levels. Hollybank prides itself on the high standards and professionalism of all its staff members who enable us to provide the highest standards of care.

We offer a trial day or a trial period of one or two weeks to help potential residents ascertain whether or not they would like to join us.

Our management team consists of our Home Manager, Jacqueline, with Beverly as her Deputy, Natalie responsible for Human Resources and both Brian and Jacqueline as the proprietors. We also have the support of a loyal and skilled team which includes Senior Carers, Carers, Activities Co-ordinator, Housekeepers, Catering Staff and a full time Maintenance & Gardening Team.
