Bryn y Wawr is a large Victorian house situated in a residential setting in the centre of the popular town of Llandeilo.
Previously a private residence, Bryn y Wawr was converted to a home for adults with learning disabilities in 1985. This impressive property is within walking distance of Llandeilo’s many shops and the beautiful countryside that surrounds the town.
Bryn y Wawr sits within an acre of secluded land that offers service users an ideal blend of privacy and close proximity to the town’s amenities. Additionally the home provides many activities including a covered courtyard garden room which houses a hydrotherapy pool, a games room, an arts and craft room, a fully equipped gym, polytunnels with raised beds and a hairdressing room.
