The service provides step-down and rehabilitation within a clinical care pathway, tailored to individual needs and designed to promote recovery and progress.
Support is offered to both men and women with mental health needs, autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injury, including those with a forensic history.
The individuals supported come from a variety of backgrounds, including their own homes, hospitals, hostels, and other residential services. Some may also be subject to the Mental Health Act 2007 in relation to discharge, aftercare, and supervision.
