The care home is an independent, family-run establishment that has been operating since 1989, located very close to the seafront in Porthcawl. It is one of the very few remaining small homes, with 11 beds available. The home is recognised for maintaining high standards of personalised care, ensuring a true “home from home” experience for all residents. As a small home, attention is given to every detail, and staff take the time to get to know each resident as if they were part of their own family. Residents’ likes and dislikes are carefully noted, allowing staff to quickly identify any developing concerns. The home encourages residents and their families to regard it as their own, with visits from family and friends welcome at all times.
