Safe Haven Domiciliary Ltd covers all of Pembrokeshire and offers a comprehensive range of personal and practical care services for older people, those with a learning and/or physical disability, and people who need assistance due to illness to enable them to continue living in the community, in accordance with their own lifestyle, and with independence, safety and respect. Services are also available for carers to enable them to have a break from their caring responsibilities. Domiciliary care and a meals on wheels service are provided 365 days a year, both private and in conjunction with Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC) and the Local Health Board (LHB).
Safe Haven Domiciliary Ltd aims to offer a user centred, flexible, high quality personal and practical care service designed to support individual people living in their own home and to assist and improve the quality of their lives.
Safe Haven key objective is to enhance the quality of life and relieve the stresses experienced by service users who have care needs as a result of a disability, illness or age, and/or to enable carers to have a break from their caring responsibilities by offering a personal care service through the provision of trained community care practitioners.
