Try-Celyn Court has been extensively refurbished over the last few months, to a high standard and offers residents the home comforts they expect and deserve at their time of life.
A comprehensive pre-admission assessment will be carried out on all persons considering Try-Celyn Court to be their future home. We feel it’s important to understand and have knowledge of people’s previous lives, so as to enable the staff to identify preferences in all manner of daily routines, including food choices, TV programmes etc.
All staff receive training in person-centred care, which is essential to enable people to live their lives in the fullest way possible. Their individual likes, dislikes, choices and dignity are paramount to good care.
It is planned for Try-Celyn Court to offer a variety of stimulating events and activities; these may include art, crafts, music, cooking, gardening, outings and regular gatherings. Our Care staffs are on hand to assist if required but independence and normality is at the core of Try-Celyn Court philosophy of care.
