Here at Tremle House quality of care is our goal.

We aim to achieve this by providing a happy, peaceful and secure caring home, giving the Residents competent care during health and sickness, using a primary nursing model of care, that is specific to each Resident’s needs.
We respect everyone’s wishes and treat all with dignity in their PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL needs.

Whilst respecting confidentiality, we believe in total honesty and sharing information. We strive to create a relaxed homely atmosphere, allowing residents to remain active members of the local community and maintain close friendship with families, relatives and friends.

We work in close co-operation with doctors and other community health care professionals to provide high standard of medical care when required.
Tremle House is HOME FROM HOME, and we sincerely hope all will be happy here.

Our staff are very well trained and most of them are qualified to NVQ/QCF level. We stress heavily on staff training. The staff are continuously trained in various aspects of work e.g. good care practice, manual handling, food handling and hygiene etc. These trainings are given externally and in-house. We have some staff who speak English and Welsh and hence communicating with Welsh speaking residents is not a problem.

All our food is prepared on the premises, by our trained cooks, from wholesome ingredients. We do cater for special diets like diabetes, vegetarian etc.

We actively encourage and welcome prospective residents/residents’ next of kin to come and view Tremle House before finally deciding to come here.
