Conwy and Flintshire councils propose care fee increases

Care Forum Wales has been notified that Conwy Council has recommended a fee increase of 2% across the board and that Flintshire Council has recommended a fee increase of 1% for care homes and domiciliary care providers.  Please note that these increases are only recommended and are yet to be approved by the councils.
